Crockpot recipe

Sorry girls, I keep forgetting to put some on here. Well here is the one for today and what we will be having tomorrow night. YUMMY

Corned beef.

Chop onions (1 large) and put in the crockpot. Add corned beef, two bay leaves, black pepper (to your taste), couple of tablespoons of golden syrup and enough water to cover the beef. Put on low and cook all day until it falls apart. LOL (about 8 hours)

Serve with mashed spuds (garlic or mustard flavoured if you like), baby peas and steamed carrots. Absolutely scrummy!!! enjoy

Think the crockpot is the only way to do corned beef! :)

Yummm thats sounds good, we haven't had corned beef for a while must give it a try, thanks for the inspiration.
